Following the success of our Festival of Palestinian Culture in Borough Garden's last summer, we're gearing up for an even bigger, better event this August.
We're planning a series of smaller events around Dorchester in the week leading up to our flagship festival in Borough Gardens, which will take place on Saturday 30 August. Like last year, there will be food, music, dancing, kids activities and lots more!
We've already confirmed a comedy night for Friday 29 August and are in talks with an artist who will be displaying their work and giving a talk at the event.
You can get updates as we confirm things on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
Now we need to secure musicians, performers and other creatives!
To do so we're asking for your help to raise the funds we need.
What Your Donations Will Make Possible:
- Headline music acts to get everyone dancing.
- Poets, comedians, and writers to share moving and inspiring stories.
- Dance groups and performers to showcase the beauty of Palestinian traditions.
- Chefs and food stalls to bring the flavors of Palestine to life.
- Venues, tents, artwork, and more to create a welcoming space for all.
Every penny of your donation will go directly to Dorset Palestine Solidarity Campaign to make the Festival of Palestinian Culture happen. Any excess will go to Medical Aid for Palestinians.
This is more than just an event—it’s about protecting Palestinian culture and strengthening our community bonds.
Donate today and help us make the Festival of Palestinian Culture 2025 unforgettable!
Thank you for your support!
